Area Code is a waitlist for an app that isn’t live yet. This page explains what we collect and why. Last updated October 16, 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email, the area code and hometown you enter, how you’re connected to that town, and, on some pages, whether you’d like to hear from a local real estate agent. We also record which page you signed up on and the ad or link that brought you there.

How we use it

To tell you when Area Code is ready for your town, and to learn which towns and features people want most. We don’t sell your information. If you opt in to hear from an agent, we’ll ask before sharing your details with anyone.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, including when someone joins the waitlist. Meta may use cookies for this. You can control ad personalization in your Meta and browser settings.

Your choices

Want off the list or want your information deleted? Email hello@areacodeapp.com and we’ll remove it.
